Legal Support

• Unions offer legal support to all workers they represent.  

• They will fight for you when the company doesn’t, ensuring that workers are protected against unfair labor practices,  such as discrimination and being fired without cause. 

• Workers have the security and peace of mind to better communicate with managers without fear or retribution.

• Worker-led unions have shaped the rights and benefits of union and non-union workplaces worldwide.

• Weekends, overtime pay, holiday and sick leave, the eight-hour workday, retirement benefits, and healthcare were all fought for and won by unions.

• In 2024, Union workers made $199 more per week on average than their non-union counterparts. It’s why the wealthy corporate class doesn’t like them. ​​
